Monkey 47 is an ultra-premium dry gin produced from a molasses base spirit using small-batch copper pot distillation with Carter-Head vapor infusion, where botanicals undergo both traditional maceration and steam extraction. The distillate is unfiltered and matured for 100 days in earthenware vessels. The recipe features 47 handpicked botanicals including wild lingonberries, spruce shoots, sloe berries, bramble leaves, acacia blossoms, elderberry, pomelo, bitter orange, lemon verbena, lemongrass, kaffir lime, juniper, lavender, jasmine, rose hip, chamomile, sage, mint, ginger, green cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, grains of paradise, and cassia bark. Bottled at 47% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
