TERAI is a premium dry gin produced using a house-made tailored rice grain spirit base rather than standard neutral wheat, executed via small-batch one-shot distillation inside a bespoke handmade German copper pot still. The 11 botanicals include Macedonian juniper, tulsi, sweet fennel, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, lavender, rose petals, almonds, angelica root, and orris root. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features green juniper, herbal tulsi, anise fennel, citrusy orange zest, soft wood, brown sugar, rose, lavender, savory orris root, and nettle-like herbal spice.
