Stranger & Sons is a contemporary craft gin produced in small batches using a one-shot process inside a high-precision iStill with vapor infusion, cut with pure Goan water. The recipe features 9 inherently Indian botanicals including Gondhoraj lemons, Indian bergamot sweet limes, Nagpur oranges, local limes, black pepper, nutmeg, mace, coriander seeds, cassia bark, licorice root, with only juniper and angelica root sourced from Macedonia. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features piney juniper, Gondhoraj lime, sweet orange, black pepper, nutmeg, earthy coriander, mace, cinnamon spice, licorice root, and citrus.
