Hendricks Gin

Hendrick's is a super-premium Scottish dry gin produced in small batches using a combination of two distinct historic copper stills: the Bennett Still (1860 copper pot) yields a heavy oily robust spirit, while the Carter-Head Still (1948) vapor-bathes botanicals to produce a light delicate floral spirit, with the two distillates married together. The gin features 11 traditional botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cubeb berries, grains of paradise, yarrow, chamomile, caraway seeds, elderflower, lemon peel, and orange peel, finished with post-distillation essence of Bulgarian Damask Rose and cucumber. Bottled at 41.4% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features zesty botanicals, juniper, coriander, floral rose, violet, citrus, earthy spice, cucumber, and herbal elements.
