Gin Mare Mediterranean Gin

Gin Mare is a Mediterranean gin produced using a small-batch method where each botanical is steeped for 36 hours and distilled independently in a custom copper pot still before blending. Citrus components undergo a 12-month maceration. The recipe features Arbequina olives, Italian basil, Greek thyme, Turkish rosemary, Tuscan juniper, coriander seeds, green cardamom, and sweet licorice. Bottled at 42.7% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features fresh rosemary, sweet basil, zesty orange oils, briny olive, peppery thyme, mandarin sweetness, juniper, coriander, cardamom, and sea spray.
