Bombay Sapphire East is a premium London Dry Gin produced using the brand's proprietary Vapour Infusion method via specialized copper stills, where spirit vapors rise through suspended botanical baskets to capture delicate essential oils. The recipe takes the 10 core botanicals of the original Sapphire blend and adds Thai Lemongrass and Vietnamese Black Peppercorns. Bottled at 42% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features crisp lemongrass, piney juniper, floral sweetness, tart citrus, herbal notes, woody notes, nutty oils, and prominent peppery warmth.
