DOC Superiore red wine produced in the Valpolicella region of Veneto
Blend composed of Corvina (60%), Rondinella (30%), and Molinara (10%)
Produced using the traditional Ripasso method involving secondary fermentation over Amarone grape skins
Secondary fermentation increases structure, alcohol content, color intensity, and flavor concentration
Aged approximately 12–18 months in French oak barriques and Slavonian oak casks
Further refined in bottle before release
ABV approximately 14%–14.5%
Deep ruby red appearance with garnet reflections developing over time
Medium to full-bodied profile with integrated oak and dried fruit characteristics
Recommended serving temperature: 18°C
