AromaIncredibly deep, dark, sophisticated; overripe cherries, dark chocolate, creamy marzipan, old leather, rich toffee, beautiful gentle ambient curtain of aromatic woodsmoke.

PalateFull-bodied, oily, intensely complex; Seville orange marmalade, rich heather honey, stewed winter fruits (figs, dates), cinnamon, dark cocoa powder, espresso beans, salty sea-spray, earthy peat.

FinishExceptionally long, warming, distinguished; dense elegant sherry sweetness transitions to drying fine wood tannins, light pepper, sweet heathery smoke lingering for minutes.
