The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for a minimum of 14 years in traditional American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred into custom-seasoned Caribbean rum casks for a final finishing period of several months. The distillery creates their own proprietary blend of select West Indian rums to season the American oak casks. Bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features creamy toffee, tropical fruit, vanilla, blossom honey, green apples, molasses, brown sugar, runny honey, passion fruit, mango, orange citrus, and dry oak.
