Jim Beam White Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged for 4 years in new charred American white oak barrels (Level 4 alligator char). Mash bill: 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley. Produced using the proprietary Beam Jug Yeast strain cultivated continuously since 1933, and the sour mash method. Bottled at 40% ABV. Standard bottle sizes are 750ml or 700ml depending on market.
