Jim Beam Black is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged for 7 years in newly charred, open-air cured American white oak barrels. Mash bill: 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley. Produced using the proprietary Jug Yeast strain used since 1933. Bottled at 45% ABV. Standard bottle sizes are 750ml or 700ml depending on market.
