Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey produced from a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, using iron-free cave spring water from Cave Spring Hollow. Aged in new charred American white oak barrels, typically between 4 and 7 years. Non-age statement. The spirit undergoes the Lincoln County Process (filtration through sugar maple charcoal before barreling). Bottled at 40% ABV (historically 43% ABV until 2004). Standard bottle sizes include 750ml and 1 liter depending on market.
