Evan Williams Black Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged for a minimum of 2 years, typically 4 to 5 years, in charred new American white oak barrels using a heavy #3 open-fire char. Mash bill: 78% corn, 12% malted barley, 10% rye. Bottled at 43% ABV. Standard bottle sizes are 750ml or 1 liter depending on market.
