The Dalmore 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky aged for 9 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, with the final 3 years involving a split maturation where half the spirit remains in bourbon barrels and half is transferred to Spanish Oloroso sherry butts from Gonzalez Byass before being married. Chill-filtered. ABV varies by market (40% or 43%). Standard bottle sizes are 700ml or 750ml depending on market.
