AromaComplex, highly aromatic, exceptionally sweet; sweet floral notes (heather, wildflower), ripe orchard fruits, rich honey, vanilla, faint complex trace of sweet wood smoke and river stones.
PalateMedium-to-full-bodied, remarkably firm, slightly oily texture; sweet malted cereal, chestnut honey, stone fruits (peaches, apricots), dry oakiness, light walnuts, subtle kitchen spices.
FinishLong, warming, clean; gentle dryness; trailing oak wood, toasted nuts, very light delicate wisp of background smoke.
