Tennessee whiskey made from mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, water sourced from Cave Spring Hollow (iron-free spring water), subjected to Lincoln County Process (charcoal mellowed through sugar maple charcoal before barreling), matured in new heavily charred American white oak barrels for approximately 4-5 years (no age statement), bottled at 40% ABV in sizes from 50ml to 1.75L.
