PalateSoft, clean, surprisingly rich; sweet pastry, lemon drops, vanilla sponge cake, tart apples, green bananas; measured light oak spice (soft cinnamon, white pepper), gentle damp moss earthy element.
FinishMedium; clean and measured; bright orchard fruits recede slowly; lingering sweet vanilla cream, cereal grains, touch of herbal tea, pleasant slight oak dryness.
