PalateSmooth, clean, syrupy, gentle accessible mouthfeel; honey sweetness, sweet cream, vanilla custard, splash of orange marmalade; delicate layer of mild cinnamon and nutmeg toward mid-palate.
FinishMedium; clean with slight dryness; soft wood spice, toasted grains, touch of ginger, final subtle return of signature honey glaze.
