Riunite Lambrusco Emilia IGT

Riunite Lambrusco Emilia is a sparkling red wine from the Emilia IGT appellation, produced by Riunite from 85% Lambrusco (Marani, Salamino, Maestri) and 15% Ancellotta sourced from clay and alluvial soils at 240 meters elevation. Grapes undergo soft pressing with 3-5 days skin-contact maceration, followed by cold temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation occurs via the Charmat method in pressurized autoclaves. Bottled at 7.5-8% ABV in a 750ml bottle with approximately 50 g/L residual sugar. The profile is light-bodied and semi-sweet with dark cherry and strawberry notes.
