Aultmore 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Aultmore Distillery in Keith, Scotland, part of Bacardi's "The Last Great Malts" series. It is predominantly matured in refill American oak hogsheads alongside a selection of refill Sherry casks, non-chill filtered with natural color, and presented at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features ripe peaches, red apples, fresh pear, apricot, tangerine, butterscotch, shortbread biscuits, heather honey, herbal grassiness, orchard fruit, lemon citrus drops, vanilla fudge, waxy antique polish, green herbs, toasted oak, ginger, white pepper, clove, and salted apple.
