Matured for a minimum of 18 years exclusively in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks sourced from Andalucia. Non-chill filtered and natural color with no caramel coloring added. Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features fudge, dark muscovado sugar, cooked fruit compote, Morello cherries, stewed fruits, allspice, Oloroso sherry, toasted walnut bread, chocolate orange, dark treacle, and roasted nut dryness.
