Aultmore 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Aultmore Distillery in Keith, Scotland, part of Bacardi's "The Last Great Malts" collection. It is primarily aged in refill American oak hogsheads and bourbon casks, non-chill filtered with natural color, and presented at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features Granny Smith apples, pears, lemon zest, wildflower honey, wet hay, malted biscuits, white chocolate, tinned pineapple, vanilla custard, porridge oats, green tea, thyme, rosemary, ginger, white pepper, grapefruit peel, and malty sweetness.
