Aberfeldy 21 Year Old is a premium Highland single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Aberfeldy Distillery in Perthshire, Scotland. It is aged for a minimum of 21 years in a carefully balanced harmony of four cask types: Sherry casks, vanilla-laden Bourbon casks, re-fill casks, and heavily charred re-char oak casks. The whisky is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle, individually numbered and typically enclosed in a premium gold-accented canister. The flavor profile features heather honey, waxed citrus, sweet syrup, dried fruits, toasted coconut, macadamia nuts, biscuity malt, wood smoke, beeswax, toffee, vanilla fudge, candied orange peel, dark chocolate, marzipan, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, white peach, caramelized almonds, silky oak, and gentle peat smoke.
