Tuborg Strong 1880 Export Beer is an upscale high-gravity adaptation within the Carlsberg portfolio, its name paying homage to the historic year 1880 when the flagship Tuborg Pilsner was first brewed in Denmark. Made with water, premium malted barley, superior quality Scotch malts, oats, maize or rice, yeast, and imported hops. Infused with specialty Scotch malts and oats to ensure a highly rounded texture and remove the harsh chemical bite typical of standard strong lagers. Bottled at 8.0% ABV in 650ml size. Features deeper amber-gold clarity compared to regular pale lagers with light smooth head and low-to-moderate fizz.
