An authentic bottle-conditioned Belgian ale brewed by Brasserie du Bocq in Yvoir-Purnode. First launched in 1858, this traditional craft beer is highly regarded for its balance of sweet fruitiness and elegant bitterness. Top-fermented with active bottle refermentation, maturing slowly in the brewery cellars. Made with natural underground spring water, barley malt, fine hops, and proprietary yeast strains. Bottled at 7.5% ABV in 330ml size. Features vibrant golden-blonde colour with thick frothy long-lasting creamy white head. 20 to 25 IBU with light smooth bitterness.
