Schneider Weisse TAP 7 Mein Original is a world-renowned classic Bavarian wheat beer brewed by Schneider Weisse G. Schneider & Sohn in Kelheim, Germany, brewed completely unaltered according to the original family recipe of Georg I. Schneider since 1872. Made with pure water, wheat malt, barley malt, Hallertauer Tradition hops, Hallertauer Herkules hops, and the brewery's proprietary top-fermenting yeast strain. Non-filtered, non-pasteurized, open-vat primary fermentation followed by genuine secondary bottle fermentation. Bottled at 5.4% ABV in 330ml size. 12.8 degrees Plato original gravity. 14 IBU with very low soft hop profile. Features hazy deep amber to mahogany-chestnut coloration with dense long-lasting creamy white head.
