Original Oettinger Weissbier is a classic German wheat beer brewed by Oettinger Brauerei in Germany, crafted in strict compliance with the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot). It is a top-fermented unfiltered wheat beer known for its classic Bavarian yeast profile, rich cloudiness, and refreshing taste. Made with soft clean brewing water, wheat malt (Weizenmalz) and barley malt (Gerstenmalz), selected high-quality hop extract, and proprietary top-fermenting Bavarian Weissbier yeast responsible for the signature banana and clove flavours. Naturtrub natural unfiltered yeast cloudiness. Contains zero artificial additives or adjunct grains.
