Jester King Black Metal Imperial Stout

An Imperial Stout produced by Jester King Brewery, located on a ranch in the Texas Hill Country outside Austin. Brewed with a variety of malted barleys and rolled oats, English-style hops, aerated and filtered Texas Hill Country well water, and fermented with a mixture of traditional brewers yeast and locally harvested native yeast and bacteria. 100% naturally bottle and keg conditioned with active residual dregs. Bottled at 10.8% ABV in 750ml size. Features pure black in color at first glance, actually super dark brown when held to light, blanketed by a very thick brownish head.
