Hopper Witbier

An authentic Belgian-style wheat beer developed through a partnership between India's Brindco and the historic Brouwerij De Brabandere in Bavikhove, Belgium. Crafted using a century-old recipe handed down through five generations of the De Brabandere brewing family. Formulated with 30% raw wheat and 70% unmalted barley, infused with dried Curacao orange peels and crushed coriander seeds. Fermented for 7 days and cold-conditioned for 25 days. Unfiltered to keep native grains and yeast active. Bottled at 4.9% to 5.0% ABV in 330ml size. Features hazy sunny light-yellow to golden-orange appearance with thick white head. 8 IBU with extremely low hop bitterness. 8 EBC color index.
