Founded in 1921 by Eugène-Aimé Salon, this prestigious Champagne house is devoted exclusively to producing exceptional Blanc de Blancs from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Since its first vintage in 1905, Salon Champagne has remained rare and highly coveted, made only in exceptional years, with just 37 vintages produced in the 20th century.
