Kilchoman Distillery is an independent craft whisky producer located on the Isle of Islay, Scotland, founded in 2005. It is one of the few distilleries that grows barley on site, malts it on traditional floor maltings, distils, matures, and bottles its own whisky at the farm distillery. Kilchoman’s core range includes expressions that reflect both peated and sherry‑influenced styles typical of Islay whiskies.
