Espolòn Tequila was created in 1998 by Master Distiller Cirilo Oropeza at Destiladora San Nicolas in the Los Altos Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The brand is deeply rooted in Mexican culture, as reflected in its artwork by José Guadalupe Posada. Espolòn’s labels feature Ramón the Rooster, an icon of national pride, symbolizing the spirit of the Mexican people. The brand is known for combining traditional techniques with modern innovation to produce high-quality, 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila.
