Highland single malt Scotch whisky produced using long fermentation cycles and slow distillation through tall copper pot stills with upward-sloping lyne arms (maximizing copper contact to create clean, ester-rich spirit), matured in American oak casks then finished exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, non-chill-filtered, natural colour, bottled at 46% ABV in 700ml and 750ml sizes.
