Ultra-premium prestige blended tequila classified as an assemblage (artistic blending) of three aging stages. Alcohol content is 40% ABV (80 proof). The tequila is produced from 100% Blue Weber Agave combining Lowland (Tequila Valley) and Highland (Los Altos) agaves. Cooking uses traditional stone/brick ovens (primarily for Lowland agave) and high-pressure autoclaves (for Highland agave). Extraction combines volcanic stone tahona wheel and roller mill. Fermentation uses 100% agave juice in stainless steel tanks with Champagne yeast. Double-distillation occurs in copper pot stills. The blend consists of Reposado (sweetness, brightness, round mouthfeel), Añejo (structure, oak character, aromatic balance), and Extra-Añejo (deep complexity, concentrated wood notes, long finish). Aging and finishing occur in proprietary American white oak barrels known as "Grace Casks" with a custom gentle toast profile. The tequila is certified 100% additive-free. The appearance is light gold with warm brilliant amber reflections. Packaging is an artisanal handmade decanter with a tall slender silhouette and heavily weighted base modeled after the Tequila Volcano. No specific barrel toast levels, individual aging durations beyond general categories (Reposado: 2-12 months, Añejo: 1-3 years, Extra-Añejo: 3+ years), or cask proportions are provided by the producer. The brand is a joint venture between LVMH (Moët Hennessy) and the Gallardo family.
