100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila Añejo. Alcohol content is 40% ABV (80 proof). Age statement is a minimum of 12 to 15 months. The tequila is produced from hand-harvested, estate-grown agave using slow steam-baking in traditional brick ovens, crushing via both a traditional volcanic stone tahona wheel and a modern roller mill, followed by double-distillation in custom copper pot stills. The tri-barrel aging program uses a blend of French oak, Hungarian oak, and used American whiskey barrels. The tequila is certified 100% additive-free, containing no glycerin, sugar, or artificial caramel coloring. The appearance is deep luminous amber with warm golden highlights. Packaging is hand-numbered, individually blown glass bottles. Available sizes include 375ml, 700ml, 750ml, 1 Litre, and 1.75 Litre. Nutritional information per 44ml (1.5 oz) is 98 kcal, with 0g carbohydrates, fat, and protein (gluten-free).
