Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Bourbon is produced by the Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. It is crafted from a high-rye mash bill of approximately 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley, and aged in heavily charred #4 "alligator char" new American oak barrels. The standard 81-proof expression is a blend of 6-, 7-, and 8-year-old whiskies. The bourbon is presented at 40.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features vanilla wafer, heavy toffee, sweet honey, orange peel, toasted oak spice, caramelized sugar, baking spices, dark fruits, black pepper, sweet charcoal ash, chocolate, and rich oak.
