Evan Williams Black Label is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Heaven Hill at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. It is crafted from a mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, aged between 4 and 5½ years in new, number three charred American white oak barrels. The bourbon is presented at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features brown sugar, baking spices, caramel, vanilla, mint, sweet corn, honey, vanilla custard, roasted oak char, licorice, dried apricot, black pepper, nutmeg, and wood sweetness.
