Forty Creek Barrel Select Niagara Whisky

Forty Creek Barrel Select is a Canadian blended whisky produced at the Grimsby Distillery in Ontario's Niagara region. It is crafted through a unique grain-by-grain process where rye, barley, and corn whiskies are distilled and aged separately for a minimum of three years in ex-bourbon and new American white oak barrels before being married by the Master Blender. The whisky is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features honey, vanilla, orange peel, apricot, toasted oak, black walnut, vanilla fudge, milk chocolate, butterscotch, rye spice, toasted earthiness, ground pepper, and wood tannins.
