Suntory Whisky Toki is a blended Japanese whisky produced by the House of Suntory, crafted from a combination of grain whisky from the Chita Distillery, malt whisky from the Hakushu Distillery, and select malts from the legendary Yamazaki Distillery . Master Blender Shinji Fukuyo elevated the grain whisky to equal standing with the malts, challenging traditional blending hierarchies . The whisky is presented at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle . The flavor profile features basil, green apple, honey, grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint, thyme, vanilla oak, white pepper, and ginger .
