Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Maker's Mark is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey made with a mash bill featuring soft red winter wheat as the primary flavoring grain instead of traditional rye. The whiskey is crafted using pure iron-free limestone water, a proprietary heirloom yeast strain over 60 years old, and double-distilled in copper column stills. It is aged in new American white oak barrels seasoned outdoors for 9 months plus one Kentucky summer, fired to a specific degree of char, and aged to taste for typically 6 to 7 years. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features sweet oak, vanilla, bright fruit, wheat, cherry, caramel, and soft spices.
