Jim Beam White Label is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey produced from a grain ratio of 77% Yellow Corn, 13% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley, using the same family yeast strain since 1795. The whiskey is matured exclusively in brand-new charred American white oak barrels with a deep level-4 alligator char. Distillation occurs at a maximum strength of 62.5% ABV before barreling. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features sweet vanilla, fresh corn grain, farm-cut hay, toasted oak, citrus zest, peanut dust, creamy vanilla custard, caramel toffee, sweet corn, rye, black pepper, resin, baking spice, and toasted oak.
