Fratelli Shiraz

Fratelli Classic Shiraz is an Indian red wine produced by Fratelli Wines from 100% Shiraz sourced from alkaline sandy-loam estate plots with North-South sun exposure. Handpicked grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation at 20-25°C for 10-15 days, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks without oak. Bottled at 12-12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light-to-medium-bodied with black pepper, dark plum, and floral notes.
