Fratelli Gran Cuvee Brut

Fratelli Gran Cuvée Brut is an Indian sparkling wine produced by Fratelli Wines from 100% Chenin Blanc using the Méthode Traditionnelle with secondary fermentation in bottle and aging on lees for upwards of 18 months, followed by riddling and disgorgement. Zero dosage (Brut Nature) with no added sugar. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and elegant with bread-yeast, citrus, and mineral notes.
