Emotion Metodo Charmat Vino Spumante Brut

Emotion Vino Spumante Brut is an Italian sparkling wine produced by Famiglia Berta from 100% Pinot Nero sourced from estate vineyards at 260 meters elevation with southwest exposure and 18-year-old vines. Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by slow secondary fermentation in pressurized stainless steel autoclaves at low temperature using the Charmat method. Bottled at 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light-bodied and dry with green apple, citrus, and floral notes.
