Aberfeldy 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky produced by Aberfeldy Distillery in Scotland. It is crafted from malted barley, fermented for a long period, and distilled in copper pot stills. The whisky is matured for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of ex-Sherry, ex-Bourbon, re-fill, and re-char casks. The whisky is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features heather, wild honey, green apple, pear, dried apricot, vanilla fudge, oak spice, honeycomb, and candied citrus peel.
