PalateCoat-the-mouth smooth, syrupy, full-bodied; sweet honey, dark berries (raisins, sultanas, dried figs), dark chocolate, cinnamon, ginger snap biscuits; sweetness balanced by soft oaky bitterness and hint of orange marmalade.
FinishLong, warm, lingering; fruitiness subsides into dry spicy finish; lasting oak spice, dark cocoa, roasted nuts, final whisper of sweet honey.
