Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Rum

Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 is a premium Guatemalan rum produced from virgin sugar cane honey (first pressing of raw sugar cane) fermented with a unique pineapple yeast strain, distilled through a single copper-lined column still. The rum is aged using the Solera system in a series of casks including American whiskey, sherry, and Pedro Ximénez wine casks, situated at 2,300 meters above sea level where cooler temperatures intensify maturation. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Flavor profile features caramelized nuts, banana, dried fruits, savory oak, honey, vanilla, cacao, butterscotch, apricots, coffee, leather, tobacco, and spices.
