Amrut Two Indies Rum

Amrut Two Indies Rum is a premium blended rum produced by Amrut Distilleries in Bengaluru, India, conceptualised as a cross-continental fusion of "East Indies" (India) and "West Indies" (Caribbean) rum-making traditions. The Indian component is distilled from natural cane jaggery in copper pot stills and aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, blended with imported rums from Jamaica, Barbados, and Guyana. The rum is presented at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features flambéed banana, orange marmalade, Jamaican funk, brown sugar, tropical mango, vanilla, coconut, caramelized banana, buttery vanilla custard, honeyed sweets, aniseed, citrus zest, old leather, wood smoke, clove, cinnamon, and burnt-caramel oak.
