Daku Gold Rum

Daku Gold Rum is a blended Indian gold rum produced by Bapuna Alcobrew in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Column-distilled from sugarcane spirit and blended with sherry, caramel, and native spices before a brief resting period in oak vats. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml size. The flavor profile features orange peel, burnt caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, sherry wine fruitiness, cinnamon, winter fruits, and mandarin. Awarded Bronze Medal at IWSC 2024.
