BACARDI Carta Blanca

BACARDI Carta Blanca is a superior white rum produced by the Bacardi Corporation in Puerto Rico, originally created in 1862 by Don Facundo Bacardí Massó in Santiago de Cuba. It is crafted from 100% premium molasses using a proprietary single-strain yeast culture, parallel distilled to yield two spirits which are expertly blended, matured for 1 to 2 years in charred American white oak barrels, and filtered through a dual-stage charcoal process. The rum is presented at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The flavor profile features baking vanilla, fresh-cut sugarcane, almond paste, lemon peel, herbal grassiness, creamy vanilla, brown sugar, ripe banana, peppery mint, coriander, soft apricot, and citrus zest.
